How have you been? I’ve missed you!
I wanted to share something with you really quickly today.
So, my husband and I were navigating through a small crisis that (for me) appeared out of nowhere when he reminded me of something,
“Baby, I saw this coming, remember?”
As I considered the accuracy of his memory, a quick Word dropped into my spirit.
Sometimes, especially for those who are prophetically gifted,
God shows you things not to intercede or change what’s about to happen…
but to encourage you to prepare for what’s about to happen both spiritually and physically.
For instance, I’m very much a “if I prayed about it, I’m done with it” kind of person.
However, sometimes, this mentality doesn’t mean things will end in the way I want them to. What it does mean, however, is that no matter the outcome God will get me through it.
Psalms 91: 15 reads, “He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.”
This means that even the things God allows us to see coming that He has no intention of preventing, He will be with us through it all and deliver us from it anyway—even if the deliverance doesn’t equate to complete avoidance of the situation.
In short: just because God doesn’t make it go away this doesn’t mean God has forsaken you or hasn’t heard your prayer.
It just means that as the Almighty God who wastes nothing (Romans 8:28), He will first be with you during the inconvenience/problem, then He will deliver you according to His Wisdom about the issue and then He will use that situation to honor you (or recognize you for your faith) later on (Psalms 91:15).
So, I just want to encourage you today.
Just because you’ve prayed about something and didn’t see it work out according to what you’ve prayed for, that doesn’t mean God is ignoring you.
He just has another plan to maximize the potential outcome of your situation…
while increasing your faith.

Holy Spirit, I thank You for this Word today. Please let it meet the eyes of every person who needs to hear this so that they may be encouraged to move forward and lead others to you with Love. We love You, Lord, and we thank You. In Jesus’ Name to the Glory of the Father by the leading of the Holy Spirit we pray. Amen.
